Privacy Policy
Creativity Jannah Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Blocktory mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use the App.
By using Blocktory, you agree to the processing of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Blocktory is designed to limit data collection to what is necessary for the game's core functionality, performance monitoring, and advertising. We do not require you to create an account, nor do we directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number.
A. Local Game Data
The App saves your gameplay progress, settings (e.g., volume and haptics), coins, and upgrades locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers and is lost if you uninstall the App or clear its data.
B. Automatically Collected Information
The App integrates third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) provided by Google, which automatically collect certain information when you use the App. This may include:
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, screen resolution, and unique device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID).
- Usage Data: Information about your interactions with the App (e.g., game start, levels completed, upgrades purchased, and ads viewed).
- Diagnostic Data: Crash reports, performance metrics, and error logs.
2. How We Use Information
The information collected by the integrated third-party SDKs is used to:
- Deliver, maintain, and improve the App's functionality.
- Identify and fix crashes, bugs, and performance issues.
- Understand player progression and balance the game economy.
- Provide rewarded advertisements and measure their effectiveness.
3. Third-Party Services
We use specific third-party service providers to help operate, analyze, and monetize the App. These providers process information subject to their own privacy policies.
- Google Analytics for Firebase: Used to track gameplay events and user engagement.
- Firebase Crashlytics: Used to log and analyze app crashes and errors to help us improve stability.
- Google AdMob: Used to serve rewarded advertisements within the App.
For more information on how Google processes data, please review the following official resources:
4. Advertising and Rewarded Ads
Blocktory features optional "Rewarded Ads" provided by Google AdMob. These ads allow you to watch a video in exchange for in-game rewards (e.g., an extra life or temporary passive income boost). You are never forced to watch an ad to play the game.
Depending on your region, device settings, and app configurations, Google AdMob and its advertising partners may collect device identifiers and usage data to deliver, measure, and protect advertisements, and (where permitted) to personalize the ads you see.
You can manage your advertising preferences or opt out of personalized advertising through your Android device's settings (usually under Settings > Google > Ads).
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Because we do not operate our own servers or require user accounts, we do not directly store your data remotely. Your game progress is stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time by clearing the App's storage data or uninstalling the App.
Information collected automatically by Google Analytics for Firebase and Crashlytics is retained by Google according to the retention settings applied to our developer dashboard. You may refer to Google's privacy documentation for information regarding their specific data retention practices.
6. Children's Privacy
Blocktory is a general audience game that can be enjoyed by players of all ages, including children. We do not directly collect any personal information, such as names or email addresses, from any users, including children under the age of 13.
Because the App may be played by children, we restrict our third-party service providers (such as Google AdMob) from collecting personalized data for behavioral advertising from users known to be under 13, in accordance with applicable laws like the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy.
7. Security
We value your trust and use commercially acceptable means to protect the App. However, please remember that no method of electronic transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Effective Date" and will be effective as soon as it is accessible. We advise you to review this page periodically for any changes.
